Folks,
I'm selling my Yamaha Long Shaft (20") outboard motor for $400 that I bought new in 2008. It has a small internal tank with an external tank hookup. Since it's a four-stroke, it just sips at the gas, and the internal tank (about a quart) lasts a surprisingly long time. I have all the original documentation including the manual. It has been winterized annually, and a new water pump was installed spring of 2024. Some decals are missing from the cover, and there is some corrosion and dirt typical of a 17-year-old outboard. It still runs well and is reliable; I'm selling it because I bought a newer Yamaha 6 hp last year to help "Orion" with the currents going in and out of the Niantic River here in Connecticut. I'm willing to deliver it within a reasonable distance from Niantic.
