Items for Sale/Wanted

I was going to put one on my 2x2 last spring but decided against it. At that time I spoke with Rudy at D&R Marine. He mentioned that he had one or more around his place that are on consignment. He also mentioned that sort of stuff doesn’t get posted on his website so a phone call is in order. 508-644-3001.

On another note…. I built racking over the transom of my boat to accommodate 2 solar panels. I used fittings I purchased off Amazon. I searched “boat hand rail fittings” or something like that. They are stainless. I’m super happy with both the deck mounts and the pipe fittings. They come in 1” and 3/4” and with some ingenuity you could make the prettiest bow pulpit ever out of them and some stainless pipe.

Chris,If your handy, A lot of 4 leg pulpits from small boats will fit. Cut the legs off and buy the angled bases they sell at Defender. Take you tape measure and go to a sailboat consignment shop. I got mine for $25 but yes I had to buy the bases. Dave 735W Wildflower
